How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We usually deliver products within 3 to 5 days without pre-order, and if any unforeseen circumstances arise, we contact the customer by phone to inform them of the delivery time.

A complaints team and customer service team are always working and providing customer service. Basically, it is confirmed whether the customer has received the correct product through the correct order or whether there is any complaint about the product / delivery and the arrangements are taken accordingly.
An initial response is provided within a few minutes of receiving the complaint / comment and we are committed to providing a complete solution within 24 hours.
