

Refund Policy
- Your refund processing time depends on the refund type and the payment method you used.
- The refund time/process starts when Classical Mart processes your refund according to your refund type.
- The refund amount covers the product price and shipping fees for your returned product.
Refund Types:
Classical Mart will process your refund according to the following refund types.
- Refund from Return – The refund is processed after your item is returned to the warehouse and QC is completed.

Refund from Cancelled Order – The refund is automatically initiated when the cancellation is successfully processed. - Refund from Failed Delivery – The refund process is initiated when the item reaches the seller. Please note that this may take longer depending on the area of your shipping address.
- The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged and free from any defects. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty card, free gifts, invoice and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. If the product was supplied in Classical Mart’s packaging/box, the same packaging/box must be returned. Do not place tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging/box.
Note:
- It is important to mention the order number and return tracking number in your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process.
- While handing over your package to the drop-off station/pickup agent, please collect the Classical Mart r Return Acknowledgement Letter and save it for future reference.
